As mentioned on our home page, the Info&Track Centre is an independently owned business located in the heart of Queenstown providing independent travellers with the best in service and information. This page aims to introduce you to the people behind the scenes and those you may meet over the counter in our shop or on the phone when you call us.

First of all though - we wouldn't be here if Chris Smith hadn't the foresight to launch his business nearly 20 years ago - that's a lot of experience to begin with!

Chris Smith - Managing Director
Chris has owned and operated his own booking and information agency in Queenstown for the past two decades. After travelling extensively overseas in the early 80's, Chris returned to Queenstown and took the opportunity to open his own independent booking agency, which has culminated in the establishment of the Info&Track Centre. Chris has a great love of the outdoors with a particular fondness for tramping and fishing excursions.
