Explore Queenstown at your own pace in comfort and style on one of our purpose-built electric bikes. We have thought of everything no-one else has!! Brown stripes don’t suit everyone so our bikes have mudguards so you arrive in the same condition as you departed. Much cooler! When you shop you can bring your purchases home safely in the panniers fitted on every bike. You can be confident about getting back as well as getting there – we have fitted extra powerful batteries so those last few kilometres don’t ruin your day.
Our bikes are built for the Queenstown trails, a network of well-formed tracks around the region linking the shops, accommodation, activities along with the famous wineries of Gibbston. No matter where you are staying there will be a route to join and then freedom awaits.
The bikes are available from our shop in the heart of Queenstown at Info & Track, 37 Shotover Street, see our handy map. There are boys and girls type available, both are similarly equipped with panniers, racks and mudguards. The bikes come with internal gears, push-button throttle, mirrors and bell. Helmets and backpacks are available, helmets are included in the price and are mandatory on New Zealand roads. The bikes can be delivered to any accommodation by arrangement and are included in the price of hires of two days or more. Pricing can be in two hours, half-day, full-day and multi-day and as tabled below. Payment in full prior to departure along with a credit card imprint for the bond is required.

The reasons we choose the Sprints are the same reasons you would. The component range of German and Japanese parts on a remarkable frame makes for efficiency and performance that win the experts purchasing decision. The intuitive “cruise control” type interface is like no other, creating a “set and forget” power setting that works for supreme ease of operation. Internal gearing means the chain cannot fall off.
The frames are highly adjustable to rider height and preferred riding posture. The Sprint 7’s sporty geometry and hi-capacity lithium battery are great for a practical mix of rural and commuter riding. Sprints are ideal for the trails, having the advantage of front-wheel corrective steering. The motor is the same V3 hi-torque version that won the 2015 Sun Trip 7000 km race across Europe, beating the younger riders on Bosch equipment by a full two days! It has hill-flattening power and intuitive controls!
