Info & Track specialise in track transport from Queenstown to Routeburn Track (the Routeburn Shelter & the Divide Shelter).
All buses depart from outside Info & Track, 37 Shotover Street, with selected accommodation and airport pickups available on request (a surcharge may apply). All services are via the township of Glenorchy, at the gateway to Mount Aspiring National Park.
The Great Walks season runs from early November to end of April. “On Demand” transport services are available outside of this period.
Advance bookings are recommended on bus services.

All Services require a minimum of 2 passengers to confirm.

Other track services
Charter transport - with a range of vehicles, from minivans to buses, we can also offer charter and exclusive transport solutions to, from and around the Southern Lakes region.
Kinloch Lodge Transport - As part of our Greenstone & Caples service we also offer pickups and dropoffs at Kinloch Lodge, a remote wilderness lodge located at the head of Lake Wakatipu.
Bike Transfers - Bikes can be transported for $15 per bike one way between Queenstown and Glenorchy.
Freight - We can arrange for your luggage to be transferred between Queenstown and Glenorchy, Te Anau or Milford Sound. Please visit our shop on 37 Shotover Street to make arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking within 24-Hours of departure, no refund will be given. This also applies if you fail to turn up for your bus. If the Department of Conservation closes the tracks or advises against travel, bookings cancelled with less than 24-Hours prior to departure will be refunded.
All bus services are subject to road and weather conditions.
